Your
item will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (within the
U.K.
) or International Signed For (outside the
U.K.
). Please note: Any import duties or charges are the
responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns
These
are vintage items and may show signs of wear. Please e-mail us
if you have any questions, before purchase. If you are not
happy with your purchase, please e-mail us immediately. We
will issue a refund if you have contacted us, and returned the
article within 7 days, by the same delivery service that it was
posted to you, and it must be adequately packed. If it arrived
damaged please keep the packaging and return it to us with the
article, so we can make a claim against the postal services.
We cannot refund postage unless the item is damaged by the postal
service and we are able to make a claim. You would need to
keep the postal services receipt for your return - because we cannot
claim for, or be responsible for any item lost in the post that you
have posted. International buyers should note that a return
should be clearly marked as such on the package - as we cannot
be responsible for customs duties imposed if a package is
incorrectly labelled.
